Addax Sitting Block

The Addax Sitting Block is the thickest block in our range. It can be used in a wide range of yoga and Pilates postures and is extremely versatile as both sitting bones can be placed on the block at the same time. It provides perfect support to the body and levels the pelvis while in sitting postures.

It is made from high quality, scratch-resistant EVA foam, so it is strong enough to support your bodyweight while being light enough to take anywhere. It is easy to clean, which ensures it keeps its professional look.
