The Addax Head Block is used in yoga and Pilates to help align your neck when in reclining positions. It can also be used to correct the tilt on the pelvis or for support between the knees.
It is made from high quality, scratch-resistant EVA foam, so it is strong enough to support your bodyweight while being light enough to take anywhere. It is easy to clean, which ensures it keeps its professional look.
Available in Blue, Pink or Graphite.
