Return and Exchange

If your product is damaged or defective when you receive it, you have the right to return it within 14 days of your purchase. All returns must include a copy of your order paperwork and a reason for the return.

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you are free to return your item(s). You will be refunded if your items are resalable. Please note for returns of this type £2.14 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage costs.
