Pilates Mad Pilates Ring, Band, Ball Kit

A new Pilates mat work kit with an introduction to Pilates. The Pilates kit includes a Double handle Pilates resistance ring, medium latex resistance band (1.2m x 15cm) and a 9" (23cm) Exersoft Ball.

Included in the kit is an A1 colour poster featuring 8 illustrated exercises for each piece of equipment. The exercises have been developed by Pilates expert Emma Newham, the founder and Director of Pilates Union.

Pilates Union runs Pilates Teacher Training workshops that are approved by the Register of Exercise Professionals.

All orders placed on the website before 1pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next working day.

If you order after 1pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
