Our Resistance Bands are ideal for rehabilitation and strengthening exercises, you can also use them to stretch and to improve flexibility. They are widely used in Pilates and Yoga.

PhysioWorld’s Resistance Bands come with a user guide which demonstrates various exercises so you can use them to the best of your ability.

This product contains Latex. Do not use this product if you have a Latex allergy.

Available in 3 strengths: Light (Green), Medium (Blue) and Strong (Red)

All orders placed on the website before 1pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next working day.

If you order after 1pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.
