PhysioWorld Resistance Kit - Band, Tube & Trainer

This is all you need for resistance training. The kit contains a PhysioWorld Resistance Band, a PhysioWorld Resistance Trainer & a PhysioWorld Resistance Tube.

Resistance training helps you strengthen and tone muscles as well as burn calories. The PhysioWorld Resistance Kit is available in light, medium and strong, so is suitable for users of all strengths.

Light - Green; Medium - Blue; Strong - Red. Please note that the resistance tube only comes in black.

All orders placed on the website before 1pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next working day.

If you order after 1pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
