Depending on the stock of the couch you have ordered, we aim to deliver your couch to UK mainland within 10 working days.

For UK mainland addresses, your couch will be delivered by a specialist two man delivery team. It will be installed in the room of your choice and set up for use. We always test that the couch is fully functional before leaving and we dispose of all packaging for you.

We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame of all Addax Treatment Couches. We also offer a 5 year warranty on all other components on the couch. If you need to contact us about a repair, then please contact us on orders@physioworldshop.co.uk or call us on 0121 629 0330.

For UK deliveries, our specialist two man delivery team will install your couch for you. They are very easy to install, you can simply lift them up onto their wheels and position them where you like, you can then use the levers to place them back on their feet. For electric couches they simply plug into the mains electricity.

Addax Treatment Couches are generally available in Blue, Black and White. You can see the stock we have available on our product pages.

We recommend cleaning the upholstery on your treatment couch using antibacterial spray and a soft cloth, this should be done after each use. Do not use bleach or any other harsh chemicals, as this will damage the upholstery and void your warranty?

Yes we offer full treatment couch servicing. As Treatment Couches are Medical Devices, they need to be serviced at least once a year to comply with PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998), to ensure they are safe for use, are maintained in a safe condition and ensure they are correctly installed and do not subsequently deteriorate.
